R-J Model SDS-70-5 Piston Filler:
- 5 up Piston Filler to be integrated with client’s Vacuum Former/Sealer.
- Application: Depositing up to 70 ml (2 ounces) of sauce on top of food portions in the tray.
- Mobile floor stand with 5 pumps with a SPV Sanitary Pinch Valve for the pump inlets.
- 10 gallon Stainless steel hopper mounted above the pumps with 5 X 3/4” Triclamp Sanitary tubing will couple the hopper to each metering pump.
- A common pinch valve for all 5 pumps will control the flow from the hopper to the pump.
- 5 X 3/4” Plug Spout style nozzles are mounted on the nozzle bar which is an integral part of the pump stand. Flexible tubing will connect the Positive Acting shut off to the pumps.
- Adjustable fill volume 10 ml to 70 ml per stroke with flow controls to set the pump for
both the suction & discharge.
- Stainless steel, UHMW & Viton product contact parts.
- Resin control panel with Automatic – Manual selector switch and controls
for operation to allow for set-up and cleaning operations. 110 volt operation.
- Air Filter, Regulator and Lubricator system with Quick Disconnects.
- The pumps will be integrated with the Vacuum Former/Sealer to dispense sauce once 5 up forming with food product loaded is advanced to the filling station.
