The R-J Model Q-T (Quick Take-apart) Poppet Nozzles are air operated positive acting shut-off nozzles with a unique quick take-apart design which enables rapid tear down for clean up and changeovers.

The air actuator which opens and closes the poppet at the nozzle tip is completely remote from the product zone making it ideal for sanitary food grade applications or chemical applications where the chemicals could attack the air actuator seals.

All contact parts are Stainless Steel and totally accessible for clean up.

Standard 'O' ring seals are available in various compounds to suit the specific application and ensure clean, drip free filling with positive flow shut-off.
