Compact design with versatile 1 1/2" saniclamp inlet and outlet connections

 

Full port 1 1/2" diameter rotary valve to meter thick, heavy or particulate laden products.

 

Precision micrometer control to set fill volume, fully adjustable with a 50 ml to 1,000 ml fill range.

Type 316 Stainless Steel pump head with wing nut quick mounting to simplify clean-ups and product changeovers.

Contact parts are Type 316 Stainless Steel & FDA, USDA & 3A approved elastomers & polymers for food contact.

Stainless steel base table top stand complete with air filler, regulator, oiler and air quick disconnect.

A wide variety of nozzle assemblies are available to suit specific products.

Versatility
Compact design with versatile 1 1/2" saniclamp inlet and outlet connections to allow customized mounting options on both new and retrofit applications.

Standard and custom made nozzles enable clean filling of a wide variety of products. A flip of the saniclamp connector, and the nozzle is mounted.

Hoppers to suit application or direct connections to bulk vessels can be made quickly and easily.

The smooth, large diameter bore through the pump head means minimum product degradation and efficient operation.

Multiple Pump and Hot Fill models are available.

Design
The unique tie rod pump design holds the valve head, pump body and base unit accurately aligned. NO TOOL removal of the tie rod nuts enables the whole pump head to be quickly removed and disassembled for ease of maintenance and sanitation.

Pneumatic foot pedal for single cycle actuation.

Volume to be dispensed is easily and precisely adjusted on a convenient micrometer scale. Fill range is 50 ml to 1,000 ml per stroke. Volume adjustments can be made while the pump is cycling.

Speed of suction and discharge strokes are individually adjustable to enable cycling speeds to be tailored to suit specific products.
