The R-J Model HDS-36 Tube Sealer for sealing plastic tubes is equipped with a compact heavy duty stainless steel table-top stand with leveling pads. It has twin 36" long sealing bars to provide seal heat to both sides of the tube during the seal cycle to ensure maximum seal integrity with minimum seal time. The air cooled seal jaws are installed with a quick change mounting to facilitate servicing of seal elements and Teflon covers. Heavy duty pneumatic jaw clamp assembly ensures accurate seal jaw alignment and even sealing pressure across the full length of the seal jaws. To ensure operator safety, the seal jaws close under low pressure with no heat. During the seal cycle, timed high pressure tube clamping and heat are actuated.
